Thank you for choosing Lavender Holistic Therapy. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client.
Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked online via Square or directly via text/WhatsApp on 07377744934.
50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your treatment unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being retained.
Lavender Holistic Therapy needs to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a new appointment, whichever you prefer.
No-Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice 24 hours before, your deposit is non-refundable.
Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being refused.
Late Arrival
If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible.
Late arrival may reduce your treatment time to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information before each treatment.
Lavender Holistic Therapy reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatment where it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.
Professional Boundaries
Lavender Holistic Therapy provides professional complementary therapy services only.
Any inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or sexual behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the treatment. The full treatment fee will remain payable, and future appointments may be refused.
Mobile Appointments
For mobile appointments, please ensure there is sufficient space for the massage table and a warm, comfortable environment for your treatment.
Reasonable parking should be available close to the property where possible.
Gift Vouchers
Where available, gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed before their expiry date.
Liability
Every treatment is carried out with reasonable care and in accordance with professional standards.
Lavender Holistic Therapy cannot accept responsibility for inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted health information provided by clients.
Privacy
Personal information is collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details.
