Swedish Massage
A relaxing full-body massage using flowing techniques to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. Perfect if you’re looking to unwind, reduce stress, and support your overall wellbeing.

- 30 minutes – £25
Usually focused on the back, neck and shoulders - 45 minutes – £40
Usually covers the back of the body, including the back, shoulders and legs - 60 minutes – £50
Full-body massage - 90 minutes – £70
Full-body massage with additional time for areas needing extra attention
These are suggested treatment areas only. The treatment can be adjusted to suit your needs and preferences, so please let me know if you would prefer the time to be spent on different areas.
Scalp can also be included within your chosen appointment time at no additional cost. It is completely optional.
Deep Tissue Massage
A slower, more focused treatment using firm pressure to target deeper layers of muscle. Ideal for chronic tension, physically demanding jobs, stiffness, or muscular aches, helping to improve mobility and support recovery.

Reflexology

Foot Massage
A soothing treatment designed to refresh tired feet and legs. Includes flowing massage techniques, gentle joint mobilisation, focused foot work, and a nourishing foot mask, making it ideal after long days on your feet.

A calming combination of 30 minutes of Indian Head followed by 45 minutes of Reflexology, enhanced with aromatherapy to create a deeply grounding experience for both body and mind.

Lavender Ultimate Experience
The ultimate Lavender treatment. This luxurious two-hour experience combines aromatherapy massage, reflexology, a facial massage, sheet mask, scalp massage, aloe vera body mask, and a CBD enhancement for complete relaxation from head to toe.
